Pineapple Icebox Dessert and Being Remembered

A couple of months ago, Eran wrote in his Heimweh Letters that we don’t often get to choose what we’re remembered for. I didn’t think much about it at first. Then, for some reason, I kept coming back to it.

I’ll admit, I don’t give much thought to my legacy. My days are already quite full, and there’s not much time left for pondering such things.
