At the Just Like Oma Shop, we are committed to delivering top-quality products and providing you with the best shopping experience possible. All our items are custom-made for you as soon as you place your order. Making products on-demand instead of in-bulk helps reduce overproduction and waste.

  • Please note, therefore, that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons related to a change of mind, personal preference, or sizing errors. Be sure to review and read the sizing charts and descriptions before ordering! We want to make sure you get the best fit, as our custom-made items cannot be returned due to sizing errors!

Accepted Reasons for Returns and Exchanges:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if a received item is defective or incorrect on our part. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • This return and exchange policy lasts for 21 days after the order’s original shipping date.
  • Please contact us at shop@justlikeoma.com.
  • Explain the issue and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, misprint, size tag or size discrepancy, along with a photo that demonstrates the tags are still attached, and the product is in an opened but unused condition.
  • Include your order number and proof of purchase or a receipt.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Downloadable products:

Downloadable products are not refundable and not returnable. Please contact us at shop@justlikeoma.com if your order does not meet your expectations, and we’ll do our best to help you. Include your order number and proof of purchase or a receipt.
