When our three boys were little (three under ten!), time felt finite and precious.
Dinner had to do a few things all at once. It needed to fill their bellies, not be overly complicated, and, above all, taste so good nobody complained.
And here’s the part nobody tells you when you’re in that season of raising children… sometimes you have to step away from the kitchen to make sure everyone still has all their fingers and toes attached.
