A bowl of doubt. I did something new recently. I made an impromptu cooking video. An apple pancake. And yes, for some people that’s second nature. For me it came with a whole bowl of feelings. Exciting, a little awkward, and honestly, a bit unsettling. You know that moment when you press “post” and your stomach does a little flip?
